§ 1 Payment

The Long Kiss accepts online payments with; VISA debit card, VISA Electron, Matercard, Apple Pay and Mobilepay.

We do not charge any card fees.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we charge or decline the payment.

If you pay by bank transfer, the amount must reach us within 24 hours.

Please note that bank transfers are not covered by the dispute scheme.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

France – Euro (euro)

The Long Kiss uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is safe and cannot be read by outsiders.

The Long Kiss´ own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

§ 2 Freight

You will receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

All goods are sent from Denmark to the specified address with insurance included.

We use GLS for domestic deliveries and UPS for international orders. A signature is required upon receipt, and if this is not possible, the parcels are redirected to a specified parcel shop or distribution center where the customer receives notification.

For orders with several items, a combined package is sent when all items are ready.

§ 3 Right of withdrawal 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The cancelation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to hello@thelongkiss.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.

Returns

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than intended or if the item is damaged in any other way, you may be deducted in the refund.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If You regret your purchase, You will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we have received your notice of withdrawal.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with proof of return.

You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address.

§ 4 Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.

This means that you have a 24-month right of complaint.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

 
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a shipping receipt so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

§ 5 Right of appeal

§ 6 Personal data policy 

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number and email address.

We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to deliver the product to you. 

Personal data is registered with The Long Kiss ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data. 

The data controller on thelongkiss.dk is the Long Kiss ApS. You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we need it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
